Anyone know where I can find a DIY guide for the Swaybar installation?

Can everyone give me some feedback on how you installed the teflon tape, under your urethane bushings, and whether you have had any creaking/squeeking issues since the install. Some people claim they have not had any issues with swaybar noise, after installing teflon tape.
However I have personally experienced the creaking, and hate it.
Which is why I performed the Grease Zirk mod to my Swaybar mounts:

- How many layers of teflon did you use?
- What pattern did you use to place the teflon tape?
- Did you use a "special" teflon tape, other than the regular plumbing stuff?
