I think we all were in Couer D'Alene together. We should have hooked up. I think that was her last 140.6 for a while. She did it with injury, which wasn't much fun.

I was almost injury free for CdA....that is, until the mosh pit like swim left me battered and bruised.
My big issue with the long course is caloric intake--just can't eat after 5-6 hours and I end up doing a death march-like run. Sticking to the 70.3s for the future.
