Toyo RA1 on AP1 wheels.
What is the best width of Toyo RA1 tires for use on the stock AP1 rims, Given the Rim width I can probably fit something on that wider than the stock fitment
however I expect there is some trade-off. ie rolling the tire severely due to sidewall compliance, Then again they are stiff tires?
Some experiences would be helpful
Thanks

I autocross with 225/50 in the front and 245/45 in the rear and they look about perfect on the wheels I think. You could go 245 all around if you really wanted. The 255/50 they offer is probably too tall for the rear.
What sort of racing are you looking at doing?

All my buddies are running RA1's as well so
It makes comparing cars and times a little easier.
So you're not rolling to the sidewalls heavily with this width?
Thanks for your help
225/245
205/245
205/225
I've run the above combinations this past year. You won't go far wrong with any of them. 225/245 preferred, but in my case, with Kumho VictoRacers, they didn't "look about perfect" at all. The fronts bulged out a lot, I initially thought they'd put the rears on the front! Personally, I wouldn't try 245s on the 6.5" front wheels.

That's what I used to use.
