Howdy, talked with the MMSP again today, and they are thrilled to hear about more club participation! If there is a group that would like to come and be part of the event from this group, they would like is the email address and name of whoever will be the 'club' contact, so that they can send emails with any updates right to you. What I will need to know by the first, is the following:

1) How many people want to bring cars, which cars, and their names.
2) How many people are interested in the BBQ, will likely be under $10 each, but well worth it. The more people the less the cost.
3) How many people can volunteer to help at the event, their names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
4) How many people wil be coming to the event only such as friends and family you may be bringing with you.

If theres anything I can do to help, or questions I can answer, let me know! Banners are highly encouraged!!!!

NOok, it's probably best to post this kind of info in the Utah Region forum on S2KI. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showforum=29

I'm the only Utah person that I know of that frequents the racing and competition forum.

Track announcement was tonight. $50 million is the development cost for the track. Some exciting events coming to Utah next year.

Utah Grand Prix 13-15 July 2006

Sunchasers (9 hour) Grand American 31-Aug 2006

Thunder Run 16-18 June 2006

Heros of Speed 3-5 Aug 2006

Alan Wilson indicated that there are about 70 feet of elevation change on the track. Hopefully that's not a gradual elevation change over the 500 acre complex ... and it's enough to get Krazik and others to make the long trip.

I cant wait to drive it, but only one hill is kinda lame. With all the surrounding mountins and we get this flat track, I was expecting something a little more technical. Hopefully they have some nice land scapping so you have something to look at on that borring drive

Yeah, elevation changes on the east track are a bit mellow.
