Checked with the local tow truck outfit and they referred me to www.AWdirect.com where they buy all their towing accessories. They have t-hooks and mini t-hooks, ratchet straps, chains, etc.
Thanks for the T-hook advice.

i dropped a screw thru the seat belt mounting hole and tried to retrieve it thru the frame slot.....no such luck.
