Yup.
The rules do say "Add, replace or modify a single front splitter/spoiler/wing/foil that provides any downward force". I think you might be able to argue the stock lips provides zero downward force.

I don't think so. It is stock after all, not an option.

Here is what it says in the rules..

[QUOTE]1) Add, replace, or modify front fascia or air dam for aerodynamic purposes +2 (note:
Additional points must be assessed below for any component of the added/replaced/
modified fascia or air dam that performs the functions listed in 2) and 5) below)
2) Add, replace or modify a single front splitter/spoiler/wing/foil that provides any downward
force, with maximum top surface width or chord length up to: 2

You guys sure about the exhaust system points...this is what I'm seeing...

29) Non-OEM or modified exhaust system downstream from the header, exhaust
manifold, or turbo. (does not include catalytic converter removal/upgrade) +2
(Note: Replacement of a failing OEM exhaust system may be permitted without a points
assessment if the OEM definition in 6.5 OEM Definition is strictly adhered to.)
30) Non-OEM or modified exhaust piping, resonators, or mufflers downstream from the OEM catalytic converter(s)
locations(s) +1 (for basic

Argue all you want. Its an addition to an otherwise stock bumper. It gets assessed. You're quoting the wrong rule. Cale quoted #1, where this applies.

If one were to argue the non-aero advantage, how are you going to prove that it doesn't have an effect? Have access to a wind tunnel? Does it not lower the front fascia?

Since we all want to be argumentative , I don't like the fact that the APR GTC-200 is a +5 wing because part of it has a planform 3/4" over the stated 8".

Cat-Back exhaust is +2

Cat-Delete is +1

Header-Back exhaust is consequently +3

Just as MXT_77 stated earlier. That is the correct interpretation of the rule.

They should just list #29(headerback system) with a +3 off the bat since the cat obviously gets illiminated. Oh well.

Thank you for clearing that up mxt_77
