Default TT2/3 s2000

Has anyone that runs TT2 or TT3 experimented with tire size, specifically 245 v 275 A6? I suspect it'll be faster on 245 A6's using the extra +0.4 power to weight adjustment to run lighter.

I don't want to do more fender work if the benefits aren't there.

Has anyone done any testing?

Interesting Data point.. on our TTE Civic Si the car went faster on 205 hoosier R6's vs 225 hoosiers. On the data the 225 was hardly noticeable in the corners but the 205 was clearly 3-4 mph faster down the back straight and the lines didn't separate till 115 mph. Car made 191whp. This was running 205 17's which are like bicycle tires compared to the 205 hoosiers in other sizes.

the 245/40/17 Hoosier isn't much better than a 225/45/17 maybe theres an 18 245 on a 10" rim that might be worth it I'd go 275 on the 17 for sure

I just assumed 275 was better and worth points. I'm also supercharged so figured with the extra power this was the best move.
