The under the hood people probably have better answers to engine specific questions.

No super chargers or turbos.Other than that its basically open. Except that i want to stay in the 2000cc class because the 2500 is the next class and thats being run by and all carbon Darrian and ive got no hope of building a machine to match its 320 bhp and 700kg.

If you can't increase displacement, and you can't boost it, the only ways left to raise power are to increase compression (12:1 is about the limit on 93 octane pump gas, but maybe you can use race fuel in your class) and to spin it faster (10000 rpm maybe). Since you already have ITBs coming (and I assume an EMS to tune it), you will only need a good header and 3" exhaust. Definitely need a lightweight valvetrain: titanium retainers and stiffer valvesprings on oversized valves. Biggest problem will be finding new cams that actually work at higher rpm. Try contacting Hytech. They are working on a package for N/A hp.

You may later need headwork: porting & bowl blending, optimize combustion chambers, etc.

I believe the limit now is 95 octane. Limiters set at 10500rpm I have custom header and exhaust system and programed ECU, thats where all my power gain from stock is coming from.So i dont need the whole package if ive seen the same one that your talking about. Is there a specific company that you could recomend doin all the work for me or should i get different things done in different places?

Hytech is developing a cam and header package that repotedly has nice gains. No one has found much gains with Toda, Skunk2, or Brian Crower cams. Toda has adjustable cam gears, if they become necessary for you. For valvetrain parts Hytech, Supertech, Ferrea, or Brian Crower.

See Hytech's post in the JDM (N/A) forum about the kit. Mines13 has their package. Someone else just got one as well.

I looked into that kit and saw that the head is made by endyn so i contacted them and am waiting for a price and estimated price for them to ship an entire engine to the uk. Will hopefully give me a competitive figure although it mite have to be bored using a shorter stroke to gain the most power and keeping it a genuine 2000cc apparently. which means quite a few custom parts but to be honest i dont mind spending loads if i get the results on the rollers. Thanks for your help everyone.
