Wheel Spats
What material are you guys using for spats?
I looked around for a while yesterday but just couldn't find anything other than aluminum. I'd prefer tot use some sort of medium thickness, pliable plastic (black). I just can't find anything locally that seams to be the right match... By locally I mean wondering through the halls of the Home Depot

Not sure what you mean by wheel Spats. If you just need something about 4in wide the black plastic lawn edging may work. It's tough and cheap. If you need something bigger maybe polycarbonate sheets(trade name lexan) it's very strong but a little $$.
edit
McMaster-Carr (mail order) has a lot of types of plastic sheets.

Something plastic, and pliable would be the best. By wheels spats, do you mean a vertical piece the screws into the front fenders to aid in the aero of the car? These are usually tapered and run from a tangent point on the fender, down to a front lip/splitter. Helps evacuate the air flow from the wheel well.
McMasterCarr carries varies aluminum and composite/plastic sheet material in all sorts of useful sizing. When I had my S2000 I used some thin layered unidirectional carbon taped to the back to the bumper and fender.
