My buddy has the stinger bee 6.1 and it runs in the mid to low 13's stock. So you would need a mild turbo or SC to take one.

I'm sorry but I dont see you putting 3 cars in front of a charger r/t. My best friend has one on 22's and its almost even with the s with him pulling maybe a hair depening on how fast the start is.
