Default '04 S2k vs. Modded '04 SRT-4

me and my buddy are roadtrippin' from Wisconsin to East Canada and on the way we stopped for the nite in South Bend, Indiana. We decide to go out and see whats in town and we see a new SRT-4 with tinted windows pull onto the road a little in front of us...so my buddies like catch it! (He loves SRT-4s) So I get up to him and just go by and throw a glance at him, but i can't see anything cause his windows are so dark. So i just continue on my way. Eventually tho he catches back up and we get a clear way of traffic...so I drop it to 2 and we're off! so I'm ahead but then i hear a monstrous blow off valve and the spool of the turbo... I shift into 3rd and shortly after he's goin' by me. we ran into traffic then. it was an awesome race even tho it was so short. He had some pretty wicked mods I think cause I'm pretty sure I can beat a stock SRT-4. Some people may say its driving or whatever...but I'm no slouch in the driving area, his car was just fast.
side notes...my top was down and had a bit of gas, don't think it would've made that much of a difference tho.

Good run man! Actually having the topdown and passenger in an s2k is a noticeable difference in performance. Since our cars dont have a lot of torque extra weight will have a bigger affect on performance than say a torquey car like the 350Z.

if you were only in 2nd and 3rd gear, the top wouldn't be an issue. it's only when you get to 100+mph... that's when you encounter more drag from the top being down
