Early 90's V12 were not fast at all, at least not for the BMW 850CSI. It was V12 and really slow; 15+ seconds in 1/4, but more like 16 secs. Would you take that over an NSX when they were both in production? Hell no for me!

The BMW v12 was 322hp. Not a huge power output. But i dont think any of the german 12 cylinder cars were 16 second rides.
