i was on my way home from work and a new 745 was behind me. I noticed he was following a little close, so we turn left onto the highway, i casually shift into second at about 15mph and ease into the right lane. he takes the inside and just guns it. now im caught flat footed. early in 2nd and out of vtec so by the time i get up to speed hes abour 1 1/2 cars ahead, mid third i stop his pull at 2 1/2 cars, long story short i took it up to 125 and i may have been catching up juuuust a little bit. i didnt know what to expect. so i dont know if i did well or i blew it. i wish i couldve been ready when he took off but who expects a 745 to race?

Doesn't that car have a big engine that is supercharged?

na, its not SC's. you just got caugh with your pants down. most of the time if someone jumps on you and you not in the right gear or miles away for the cams, its lights out. atleast you manged to stop the bleeding there for a sec!

325hp/330tq in a 4376 lb car aint nothing to worry about - you just got caught with your thumb in your ass.

i just read they do 0-60 in 5.9 (fastest ive found) i was totally off guard ive been looking to race for a minute. i have to scratch that itch every once in a while.

You should've let him go... if you hadn't of chased he would've slowed back down and tried again... then you would've been read to stir things up

thats the 760 with the V12 - its got like 430hp or something

if it was the newest model, for 06 they changed it to the 750i. the 745i had 325 hp, the 750i has 362hp. those things are huge but they can seriously move for their size.
