Hey Sime, ever hear the radio contest "cop or no cop?" where the DJ's call a local doughnut shop and the contestant has to predict, cop or no cop? Local police have protested that contest. Cracks me up!

I think that contest is on KIIS-FM. I always wondered what happened to it.
cthree, you're a lucky man to just get away with a verbal warning, even ig you didn't understand a word he said.

Dude, you're sooooooo lucky. I hadn't even had my car for a week and I was heading back to San Diego from LA and they nabbed me right before Dayna Point. I was shuck'n and jiven' throught the traffic cause I loved the sound of the exauhst (bawoooooooooom) and then I seen him in my mirror.
I couldn't believe it. I did a stupid thing. I hit my breaks instead of downshifting and using my parking break.
Dough!!!
As soon as I did that hi floored it. I think he was pacing me waiting for a greater return on his investment.
When he pulled me over he said that he had been trying to catch up to me for the last 10 miles but couldn't becase I was slipping through the traffic to quickly .
Luckily (i think) he only gave me a ticket for 80 in a 65 instead of 100 in a 65 cause I think I reached 100 a time or two.
The moral of this story, Always watch your 20 and never use your foot brake to slow down if the cop can see your brake lights or he'll just make a best guess on you and it'll most likely be good for a ticket (unless you have a doughnut eating lazy cop that will just use his bull horn. thank God for them).
