Default Cecil County Dragway 12/9/16 anyone?

I'm planning on running at Cecil this Saturday, December 9th 2017 (weather permitting), in hopes of achieving a new best. Located in Rising Sun, Maryland. For those who don't know, it's a bolt on Ap1 with a lil weight redux and tuned by me.

My best is 12.88 @ 108mph 1.87 60' DA -1300' 2770#
https://youtu.be/8tqcZXnKmFY

Lighter wheels/tires, less fuel in tank 12.91 @ 106 mph 1.90 60' with a slipping clutch and -460' DA. 2705#

This time around

Clutchmasters fx300 clutch kit w/oem Ap1 flywheel

Ap2 trans (4% shorter gearing 1st-4th) almost the same as having 4.30 gears iirc.

Planning on taking a lil more weight out. Lighter battery, maybe remove the front swaybar too. (20-30lb total?)

The DA should be PHENOMENAL with the colder temps and decent baro. Cecil is open for test and tune on December 9th and 16th, weather permitting.

Just saw that they cancelled this weekend and next due to weather. Bummer. Oh well, that's more time for me to work on the electric waterpump setup.

Unfortunately, it looks like all of the tracks near me are closed for the 2017 season. I haven't done much with the electric water pump idea lately. I'm thinking of utilizing a spare stock water pump with the impeller/pulley removed and Davies Craig ewp115. Next year, depending on how I feel, I might have another plan where I remove that entire water pump housing, belt tensioner and whatever else is connected. But i have to explore that idea a little more, as I would want to keep my AC.
