But anyways, I was heading home tonight after filling up the tank, and I'm sitting at a stoplight next to a beautiful maserati coupe. There's a long stretch of empty road with about three stoplights. So I rev at him a little and speed up from the first light, and wait at the next for this guy. It turns green before he gets to me so I floor it and I actually caught up to him... and the same at the next light. I had a good car on him each time (I doubt he was giving it all, I know my car has a strong midrange but that's just ridiculous). But at the last one we both get a dead start and he was stuck spinning his tires so I got a good jump on it, but by the time im in 3rd gear he's got nearly 2 cars on me. It was my first real race in my car, and it was loaded up with my friends, so I already had a huge disadvantage. But damn, that thing was fast. I gave him the thumbs up as he turned away and continued home....

My mods, I/E/Test pipe/ my driving. I was on north 280 heading back from shopping at the mall, a yellow maserati coupe caught up to me. All i remeber was from 3rd to 5th I pulled a soild 1 half car on the maserati coupe i was at 125MPH still going !

 

nice runs. I really like the way those cars sound.

ptype, if you pulled a half car on a 390hp Maserati coupe, he didn't downshift or something. You can short shift a car with that kind of power advantage and still smoke you. Especially at higher speeds.

 

hum... maybe.. or maybe he doesnt know how to drive. Wait i have a GPW its a speical car lol.
