In the 1/4 mile a stock 1st gen VR-4 and a stock S are VERY close in performance. From a roll, it will come down to the driver, but the S has a small advantange. A 2nd gen VR-4 is faster in the 1/4 and from a roll due to the 6 speed tranny. Both are great cars, but at opposite ends of the performance car spectum.

 

Grrrr...that race didn't happen...He called my dorm line and left a message after I had gone out for the night. I got his number though, so hopefully it'll happen sometime...

Hopefully some of you will get what you hope for so badly in April when you come to Knoxville, TN. There are 7 VR-4 owners in Knoxville that all live close to the Airport Hilton(where you are staying).
