I was meeting up with a few friends at the local menards. One of the workers there has a Turbo charged PT and another fat trash talker has a Turbo cavalier. He comes out looking at my newly purchased S saying "how much you wanna run for" I explained to him I was just there to mess around, don't feel like launching the new car just run for fun. He tells me he would give me 2 cars on a 35 roll.. I told the asshole No because he wouldn't even tell me what he had done to his car. ( I was just out to have fun not race for money or anything. Just trying to meet new tuner friends not be dicks.). Well him and the PT went at it and my adrenaline got the best of me so I lined up with the Cavalier from about 25 maybe 30 with a passenger in my car. He went on 2nd honk and owned me about 1-2 cars all through my 2nd gear. I didnt really even get to shift before he shut it down... He then proceeded to pulled over and started talking more shit.

Looking back I wonder if I would of not had a passenger and if I would have started in a better gear if things would of been different.. That and if we would of got to take it up to speed a bit where my S can shine.

Still ticks me off the arrogance of this kid...

I later find out he says he runs 12's.. then told people at work 11's.. I think he just has a bolt on kit and ran me with his car in the sweet spot for a quick pull..

I got my ass handed to me by a mid 80's toyota pickup with a SR20DETT in it. upgraded turbo, black FMIC, and full 4in exhaust that was tucked so you couldnt see it. it pulled me so hard i honestly thought that my engine blew. i had to look down at the tach and so see if she was still spining!! it was possible the sleeper-ist sleeper ever.
I had a similar experience. But it was a late 90's Tacoma with a 2jz swap with like 680whp. Made me feel like i was in reverse going downhill with the wind in front of me lol. All i heard was pure turbo, no exhaust, no motor, just pure turbo. I looked over at my cousin and he just laughed at me, He never lets me forget that night lol.

This one makes me laugh even though it's my own story.

Coming home from work it's about 3:30 PM I'm in the S, and I see a yellow stang GT with black stripes. Well I'm keeping pace with the stang who is doing an easy 10 over, and we get to a light. I pull up in the lane next to it and look inside for any sort of 'let's go'. I see an old woman - i'm talking the white hair, wrinkles and everything. She doesn't look over and I think to myself, 'Wow didn't see that one coming, I'm not going to race an old lady!'. Sure enough the light turns green and the stang . I'm . She laid 15' lines in first and 10' lines in 2nd. I was easily 15 cars back and there was just no hope as I tried to catch up to my dignity shooting away from me.

So to you Granny: !
To me: !

Ran a Jetta with an exhaust on the freeway. We were dead even at 125 mph when he walked away like I was standing still. Doh!!

Cruising down from 403 and Dundas one night, a 1984ish Supra pulls next to me. He rolls down his window and comments on how he doesn't like hondas but loves my S....

He smiles and asks if I want to go onto the hiway for a bit of fun....'Sure, why not.'

I figured something was up but it just looked nice, clean and stock (no exhaust or guages, etc) (or so I thought )

From 100km or so, he pulled on me like I was in reverse....I was devastated. We later met up @ a timmies and he took me for a ride in it. He has all the guages mounted on the passenger airbag area and it's a fully built auto making nearly 500rwhp

Real cool guy too, we still meet up from time to time now....he has a great appreciation for cars...so now I didn't feel quite as bad that a wolf in sheeps clothing baited' me in

was taking my ex's father for a ride in my '94 gsr back in the days. it was a two lane road and i was going the limit when suddenly a ford explorer went onto the passing lane and passed me. Old man looked at me and said "are you gonna let that go?" I slammed the gas in 2nd and could not catch up. the explorer stuck out his hand and waved to me as if to say "comm'on, im waiting." needless to say, i was laughed at for the remainder of the day
