encounter with a noob on a harley
#11
Val,
I got off 635 exiting Skillman this past Saturday and I had a big black guy in a large SUV on my arse on the off ramp… I slow down (did not step on the brakes), but it was enough to set the guy off to the point that he flew around me, cut me off, forcing me to slam on my brakes or she would have hit me from the side… When he got up to the light, he throws his land yacht into park and jumps out of the car to come back to throw down. I did not wait to see if he was getting out with a gun… I switched lanes while he was getting out and hung a quick right turn, running the red light… He was pisssssssssssed that I got away…
As I cruised east on forest past him, I made sure he saw me giving him the finger.
Asshole…

"I think that in this case it is clearly the U-turn because the right turn has a stop sign. If there were no stop sign it might be different, but the stop means you have to yield to all traffic which doesn't have a stop."
here's another thread debating it:

seems to support my POV in that he had to stop, thereby he has to yield until traffic is clear
me, being a fine upstanding citizen, waited to see if he could figure out how to operate his bike, he couldn't, in the time i graciously granted him, so i went ahead and proceeded, as there were no signs prohibiting my actions.
oh well, just wanted to vent

From what I have seen, there is always a right or wrong answer to traffic situations.
Think of it this way. You are driving down the road. There are no stop signs, no cars and nothing prohibiting a u turn. You can legally do a u turn whenever/wherever you want. Vehicles entering that road have to yield to vehicles already on the road.

Him saying he was a cop was bull. You should of asked for the badge number and city like others stated. If he indeed was a cop, i would talk to his captian about him addressing citizens as "Hey asshole."

Oh well, some people have to lie about their careers/lives to feel better about themselves.

It's cuz when he slowed down the watermelons in his trunk rolled forward and got crushed, they also rolled over the collard greens in the process and crushed them as well. I'm sure he also dropped his fried chicken wing in his lap on his sean john jeans, maybe even spilled his orange drink on the steering wheel.
And in 99.9999999% of the times when a tough guy gets out of the car its much like a cat fight. You will hear lots of howling, screaming, hissing, spitting and meowing but nothing ever really happens. These type of dousche are just guestimating you based on size and hoping you chicken out so they loook bad ass. If they threw that chip on their shoulder around like that on everyone, im damn sure they wouldnt be out walking around with all limbs intact.
