lookin back at this post, cracks me up. anyone who contested the outcome, has very obviously never driven a car with 250 hp, and under 2000 lbs. it is a force to be reckoned with.

never underestimate a gutted hatch, at roughly 1900lbs and with K's capable of make just the same amount of power than the F series, most of these k20 hatches are mid and low 12 sec cars, WITHOUT boost.
i.e(kinda) my buddy runs a EG with a boosted single cam with a custome turbo kit, and custome EMS, and a T3/T4, at 28psi hes making 380+whp(mustang dyno) and runs mid 11's@125+. at 32psi(maxing out the turbo) he make 406whp and TOPS OUT 5TH running 11.1@139.
i've NEVER seen him lose a race from a roll. hes run my uncle 500whp lightning, 570rwhp terminator cobra, all kinds of SRT's. the damn thing is lethal!
its kind of a sleeper too...

I did but honestly the guy in the hatch probably had maybe 230-240whp. I know that thing is light and will run 12's but do you honestly think a 240whp car can be a "claimed" 400whp car from any roll. Maybe it ould have given a better narrative. Maybe supra had no traction, started in wrong gear on purpose. Just seems a little off to me.
Not hating, just stating my thoughts. Personally I love that freak of a swap and hopefully we can get one into my friends eg6 sometime soon, but for now the gs-r motor is fine.
