Mach 1 is not an SVT vehicle...the Cobra is.

I figured just wanted to get some clarification. It's not uncommon for people to confuse one car with another especially when it comes to which variant of the Mustang it is. There's a huge difference between the Cobra and the Mach as far as their street racing capabilities. I really miss my Cobra some days....

Hahaha, too funny.. I coulda told you the Mach comes with an auto.. For most, it's common knowledge.. They are high 13 second cars, but that's because the factory rev limiter is set for around 6100rpm, and peak hp is at 6200rpm or so.. With a chip in there, I'd expect them to be a bit faster, but still in the upper 13's because of the slush box...

I guess I will keep quiet till you take you intake-only honda to the strip, and bust off that low 13/high 12 at 100+ that you would need to be beating all these cars under controlled environments.

 

You can buy an auto Mach 1. They also run low 13's stock and can break into high 12's with slicks. I sure cannot keep up to them.

 

no they dont run low 13's. they are a drivers race between it and the gto which runs mid to high 13's, and low 13's on slicks thats why proof yet again, that they arent as fast as you guys all claim they are, and if they are post some slips ill try and upload my vid of 3 different ones pullin a best of a 13.7

 

for point how can you not keep up with them with all the mods done to your car?
