Too bad there aren't too many S2k drivers that go street racing around Seattle, cause I'd love to see a couple cars get stomped by an S2K every now and again.
My friend told me that about 3 weekends ago there was a red S2K and a new Subaru WRX lined up and the subaru beat him by about 1-1.5 carlengths 3 times before the s2K just left . Is that about right ? I've only seen an S2K beat a '98 Impreza and that was an awesome race all the way to the finish.

Part III.
Nice weather tonight, perfect for street racing (60ish). But it didn't happen that way. We went to three different places before we can settle down. Cops were every where. By the time we got the third spot, most of the people bailed or got lost. Couple of tickets were given but nothing serious (none for me, *knock on wood*).

First: A black VW vr6(pretty good mods) want to try my car. We lined up, 6.5K launch. Perfect launch, i shot out of the whole like a sling shot. Got him 1 car off the launch and another by the end of 2nd. Stayed like that till the end. I talked to the guy afterward and came to find out that he ran a consistence 14.3/.2 at the track all day long. Which make me feel .

Second: People just keep on bugging me to run by friend's yellow eclipse. He ran the 1/4 at 12.6x with 18psi. Can't beat that . I told him that i'll run him at 10psi. He accepted and also want to spot me 1 car. We lined up, I launched at 6.5K. Too much powers, i was swerving all over the place all through 1st gear, redlined into second and I can see his whole car in my mirror. Redlined to third and he's gone. Got him around 2 1/2 cars.
That's not the end yet. We lined up again, head-up this time, no spotting. I toned the launch down to 6.2Krpm. Still a little too much, but better. He was at my fender through 1st gear, *i'm thinking-ohh shoot that turbo is going to spool*. So I power-shifted into second, and I was SURPRISED to see how hard I pulled on him, I immediately put 1 car on him (our second gear is the strongest gear?). We stayed like that till the end *1 1/2 car or less*. After all I'm glad that I can hang with him at 10psi. .

Yes! But remember, he's only running at 10psi. If he's at full boost, i'll be gone after 1st gear

ok cool, I was just wondering if 18 was what his ECU allowed or if 18 was just his normal driving psi.

Few more runs tonite:

First: This happened on the h/w this time. I was crusing(2:30am) around 65mph in 5th gear on my way to the race. All of a sudden I saw a bunch of *hyper white* lights coming toward me at a very intense speed. 3 mods Civic Si zoomed pass me, all blue. One of them slowed down and wait for me, this one is the cleanest looking out of all 3. All he got is rims, no spoiler, and a bunch of green indiglow gauges. I down shifted to 3rd at around 60mph, and he immediately droped two gears and guess what i heard .....PSSSSSSSTTTTTTT.......PSSSSSSSSTTT....I'm thinking wow, turbocharged, no wonder he slowed down. We took the curve at around 60mph, side by side. We both hit it as soon as we came out of the conner. I putted 1/2 car on him through 3rd gear. Redline to 4th then 5th and he's around 3-4 cars back. I can't really tell due to the concentration on the road, but he's a good couple of cars back. I shut it off and we both waved and slow down to crusing speed again.

Second: I came a little late tonite so there're only a few cars left. I did manage to get one run against a crx. Underhood is a B16A swap/basic mods/no exhaust(he was loud) and guess what, he turn the BOTTLE on me. Everyone was saying *OHH, he's going to spray on you*. I'm thinking, wow this guy must want a s2000 trophy really bad. We lined up, he crep at the line(doesn't matter), i pop the clutch at 6.3K. It was a little to much and i was desperate for some tractions. It hooked and i'm in vtec range, relined 1/2/3 and put a good 2 cars on him......I'm actually glad that i didn't loose to this particular ride or i'll hear it for the rest of the summers.
