Wink Great runs

Alright so we head out to our spot about 6 or 7 cars. about 1 am 55 degrees clear skys perfect weather.

Me 5lbs of boost running a tad rich with nitto nt555 drag radials vs Mustang GT w/ 4.10's micky thompson's on 19 psi w/ full exhaust from a dig. I spun 1'st and got a little sideways hooked then played catch up. He sling shot out the whole had me by a good 2-3 cars off the break i tied him by the end of the 1/4. I had 30+ psi in my tires and didn't do a burn out for fear of breaking. In my mind wasn't worth me breaking on a pretty much stock gt with just slicks and exhaust.

Mustang GT vs 62-1 with all the bolt on-'s srt-4 on 22-24 lbs of boost and BFG drag radials at 19-20 psi estimated around 400-450whp from a dig. Mustang gt pulled 4 cars off the break srt-4 passed him in 3rd beat him by 3 cars or so maybe a little bit more. Srt said his launch was shitty.

Me vs 62-1 srt4. So i have this fear of snapping my axles and cracking my diff with dr's but i decide to lower my tire pressure to 20 psi and do a burn out just to race my buddy. We race from a stop i get him off the launch by about 1 car bog a little bit and he's playing catch up by the end of the 1/4 he had me by 3/4's of a car. I couldn't be happier with just running the DR's and 5 lbs of boost. I can't wait to turn it up. If i hadn't bogged he probably would have only beat my by a bumper or so cause thats when he gained what he lost off the break.

Many more races to come!
