I barely won..

Got him out the hole and managed to hold him off by about a fender at the end.. But he was pulling pretty hard from around mid third gear (my 3rd) to the end of the 1/4m he started gaining on me..

We didn't end up doing the 20 roll because there was too many people and it wasn't really that serious.. As we know my car is slower from what we saw from the dig.. I just get out the hole pretty good..

^ nice job on out-driving your buddy.

but like i said, from a 30 roll there is no way you would catch .
a 35 roll was a huge disadvantage for the AP1.. it will lose to any AP2 and even MUCH slower cars from that gear/speed roll.

Don't think his car lost any power.. Especially since he has a 3" hks catback & full exhaust from the header back..

His car is strong!! If he could outlaunch me, I wouldn't have a chance..

Slap on a header and a 70mm exhaust, with a reflash or tuned EMS(8.5k redline). The outcome will be very different. Then you can do a dig, a roll, reverse or whatever lol.

Even better if you have some ap1 wheels lying around....

We were both on 17's..

But the gearing advantage from having 16's would be nice..

N o difference in gearing as you use a taller tire with the 16's. Just lighter weight.

He's not loosing power overall, but would make more with the stock header over the DC one. no one that I know of has seen any gains from the DC header.
