Hilarious
Sitting at the gas station waiting on my friend to get his beer, 3 yo-dudes pull up beside me. One of the guys gets out of the car and goes in the store. The guy driving looks over and says "Hey man, how fast will that car go?". "I dunno somewhere around 161-164mph." Him "I hear that, thats about what mine will do". Me "Oh yea, what kinda ride you got?" Him "Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt." Me "oh.... im sorry to hear that." Him "I want to get the Lancer Evo." Me "Yea thats about what youd need to keep up." About that time my friend comes out from the store and we roll out leaving him with this priceless expression on his face. No race but still hilarious... because I KNOW he isnt stupid enough to think a Ralli-art can even hang.

Yee-haw... you made fun of someone that has a car that costs half as much as an S2000, because their car is slower than yours. 
Like kmagnuss said, you're just making yourself look like an asshole. Too bad karma didn't kick you in the ass for that one. This ending would've been funnier if a cocky guy in a Z06 had pulled up beside you as you were heckling these guys. I could hear him now:
"Top speed 160? My Z06 will top 180.
And it takes how long for you to get down the 1320? 14 seconds? Wow, don't you get bored by the time you're finished?"
