raced a new impala ss tonite, he pulled up to me a said my car sounds like a lawn mower...... well after i told him what i thought about him and his car he took off down 1 lane exit on to hiway i followed and blew by him like he was standing still.......i slowed down to let him catch up but he wouldnt look over...i wanted to ask him if my s was faster than his lawn mower....lol

 

Nice kill. I see you have some mods. I wonder if a stock S can take them? The Monte Carlo SS is another of the GM cars that I often wonder if I can take as a stock S?

ive seen a impala ss got on it and the s looks faster but ive never seen a race.

 

the S2K should be faster from a dig...but from a roll I'm not sure, it may be pretty close.

 

i saw one(impala SS) lose to a stock srt4 and i know the s is faster than the neon. thats where im gathering the basis for my opinion.
