Your right. The SRT-4 is very conservative at 215HP crank and the 2002 Tiburon did not have 181HP crank because there wasn't a 2002 model. There 2003 model DID have a 2.7L V6 option w/ auto/M5/M6 options with 170HP/181LBS Torque.

Well. I hope you know that LS1s have been known to hit 12s stock. I am sure the 03 Cobra can do it considering I have seen it at the track personally. That leaves the SRT-4 that's left in that list.

but compared to a rsx lets say
th tibby is a pig especially w/ a v6

 

and iran a tibby on the hwy and it left it but i am modded at the tibby was stock
