LS vtec
We just finished building my buddy's LS/VTEC in a 95 integra and he runs side by side with me (00). We went with high compression CP pistons (13.0), eagle rods, stage 2 cams, skunk 2 cam gears, skunk 2 manifold, all the fuel we needed, I/E/H, and AEM management. He put down 221 hp to the wheels and when his VTEC comes on in 1st gear it breaks the tires loose! Life span depends on how well its built. We have done 3 ls/vtec's and 2 have over 30k on them, and still run like the day they had 2k. We haven't taken it to the track yet but he'll probaly be around 13.8-14.1 @ 98-101. So they can run but personaly I would still rather just go with a GSR or type R.
