There was no re-match. I'll run Wesmaster in my new sup sometime, I guess we will never know what the outcome would have been. Wesmaster says 2, I said 5, so in bt. would be 3 cars. What do u think Redlnr? This is all hypothetical so I am full of shit as far as the accuracy of my hypothesis .

I just read the Supra forum post, and all I can say is, what a bunch of pricks (not all but some). I had a '97 BPU++ Supra which was totally badass, 404 hp/400 tq. at the wheels. It was a blast to drive, and I'm sure it would obliterate almost any S2000 in existence, in a straight line...but nonetheless, I sold it for a "POS" Honda. Was I out of my mind? Hardly, as I'm enjoying the S2000 even more than the Supra.
I've met many cool Supra owners, but there's also a lot of chest thumping in that crowd, owners that think they're the king of the streets. Well, many of them are, as long as they start from a rolling punch and no corners are involved (not b/c the Supra doesn't handle, but b/c many of their owners are focused on drag racing to the detriment of their car handling skills).
The Supra is an incredible car, especially w/ a handful of cheap and easy mods, and it's a shame that it's no longer imported here. It's def. higher up the performance food chain, and can run w/ almost anything w/ a few mods. But remember, the S2000 wasn't optimized for drag racing, and has many advantages over the Supra:
- handling
- braking
- MUCH stiffer chassis, esp. when the Supra's targa top is off
- full convertible top, much easier and better open car exp.
- 9K redline makes for a more visceral exp. IMO
- S2K's overall perf. level is more usable in strett settings IMO
- no turbo...they're great for power production, but can create a host of other problems (like getting stranded when my IC hose blew off, and highly variable performance depending on the weather)
If you ever have an opportunity to go for a good run in a BPU or better Supra (or even better, thrash it yourself), do so...it's probably one of the best rushes you'll experience on 4 wheels!!!

Supra's are incredible
I think we need to get derryck in on this since he and another S2K owner has the turbo kit installed and at low boost is @ 320-350RWHP. Not too bad for a light car compared to the much heavier Supra. Power to weight it would be a good race.
