MR2 vs S2000
Good God, 15psi? I for one think you straight up handed it to that S2K owner. As most of you know, the 3SGTE is a tuner's dream. Toyotas in general, in my opinion, are great cars to tune. Very responsive.
Anyway, you can probably tell that I love MR2s (I still have one sitting in my driveway
). However, I must concur that the S2K outdoes the MR2 in the handling department stock.

To reply to pixsurguy: I have not had a chance to drivre the newer 2 spyder, but have heard great things about their handling, but think Toyota should have produced more power, by means of forced induction of some sorts, but maybe its just my need for speed.
As far a straight line racing goes, I do enjoy it however I know the S is for me, I love the idea of an motor that can handle the 9000 rpm redline, and has the ability to handle as if it were on rails. But even when I do get the S I will still have a place for the 2 in my driveway.

I had a 92 MR2 Turbo for a weekend a few years ago and to this day was one of the funnest cars I've ever driven, besides an S2000. I can't say that the stook is much better in handling. The stook I drove felt tighter in turns but not nimble like the MR2 or my RX7 but the stook did slice up the backroads. I raced a friend of mine who has a 91 MR2 Turbo. I gave him a head start getting onto a highway from an onramp. They do run out of breath pretty quick at around 100 mph. When I passed him I was going 135 and he was going 100
- but they are still great overall sportscars
