basically long story short. I was drivin home in the slow lane doin lke 5 under the speed limit (how i normally drive my S) when a 2003 vert GT pulls up next to me and proceeds to take off, he downshifts and pulls like 2 or 3 cars before I really get a good look around (to make sure there are no cops) so i downshift into 3rd @ 60 and proceed to catch up. I didnt catch up any by the top of third, but by the time i hit the top of 4th i start inchin back up on him. halfway through 5th, i am about a car behind him (or so) i was basically catchin up slowly, which suprised me when he got the jump. he let off before i could catch him. So i know if we coulda lined up and did, i would have won. Suprised me really. stopped him after and his car just has headerback exhaust and it was a stick. Mine has catback, and cai.
