Default my gsr versus evo

Well i was out for a cruise last night with my wife in my in my racecar project gsr(see sig).Well we got on the freeway and i saw a convoy of cars lining up in front of us.My wife says go and get them !!!I say ok!!So we get down behind some of the cars lining up and they take off and i persue. The cars consisted mostly of newer vw`s a couple of older civics and up front i could not see what the others were.Even at my low boost setting(12 psi) i was running them off the road !!They all got off the freeway and i follwed and by this time i saw the cars that were up in front of the pack,an evo and a newer mustang 4.6 convertible(a pig). They all pulled into a parking lot and i followed to talk. The guys in the back of the pack were like damn youre car is fast.I thanked them for the compliments and then mr evo walks over along with mr mustang. They asked what i had done to the car and my responce was its a homemade turbo kit on a gsr.The mustang driver advised me that i didnt want anypart of the evo !!I said ill run the evo from a roll say 40 mph and mr evo cockily agreed.Seeing all those guys get all worked up was VERY humurous !So myself and wifey lined up with mr evo @40 mph in 2nd gear and he honked 3 times and i gave him the jump and then welded the pedal to the floor. He had 1 car on me for about a second and then it was good night...by the end if second gear we were even and once in 3rd i was running away with ease!!!I wound it out till the end of 4th around 125 ish and then checked my mirrors.Mr evo was in all honesty about 10 full car lengths behind !We went back to the parking lot and talked and mr evo was in utter shock !I told him that his car is awesome and that with some mods could be a monster. He said he was mostly stock.A fun night for me and the wife!

It was amusing.I know that my supercharged s would have beaten the evo aswell, but its sleeping for the winter !Mr evo was pretty upset considering my gsr is visually stock other than a slight lowering job. Thanks for the props!

LOL, not too smart to race a 'Teg from a roll if you're in an EVO.

424whp in a GSR, thing must move.
