The other day I saw this s2k and we both took the highway. So we decided to do a few pulls on average 60-90mph he was ahead by a fender and after 90mph I would start walking away, we did about 5-7 pulls. 40-110mph we were pretty much even and again I started pulling and walking away after 90mph. I am a bit surprised I wasn't ahead the whole time considering my mods.

05 S2k had HKS dual exhaust and the rest stock with 70,000 miles approximately.

Fixed that for ya put an ap2 tranny in the ap1 and the results would be different

 

 

I think the ap1 taller gearing does better from a roll the the Ap2 shorter gearing...

Ap2 guys have to make a early shift to 5th at 100mph where as the ap1 can go to 118mph in 4th..
