So I just bought MY04 last month and decided I should test run my car against my buddy's 05 RSX typeS. My bolt-ons were T1R 63mm V2 sing exhaust, Invidia test pipe, and Fujita cold air intake. The 05 RSX type S had a cold air intake and DC header.

1st race - We rolled at 40mph and he honks 3 times and we take off in 2nd gear. We were even for 1 second and I start pull away. As soon as I shift into 3rd gear it was good bye to the RSX and up by one car. Shifted into 4th gear and now I'm two cars away from him but then I missed 5th and the race was over. I clearly won that one but just had to miss 5th gear.

2nd race- We rolled at 35mph and I honked 3 times. We took off again on 2nd gear and I immediately pulled half car and when shifting into 3rd gear I pulled away with 2 cars. By the time I hit 4th gear my buddy told me I was 3 cars ahead of him. This time I didn't miss 5th so after the 5th gear I was atleast 3 1/2 to 4 cars ahead and it was over.

3rd race- CIVIC!!?? A white 92-95 EG pulled up and wanted to race. No one honked their horns because I thought the guy was kidding so I downshifted into 2nd while rolling at 35mph and the civic immediately did the same. We were both dead even and I shifted into 3rd gear and still the civic was right next to me. Shifted into 4th gear and he's still there until I hit 5th gear and I finally started to pull away. Mystery civic was pretty quick.

I'll be running the RSX type S again. He wants to go at it again but this time he might have a better chance since I just sold my T1R exhaust and went back to stock.
