Hello people. I would like to introduce myself, My name is User123 and I live on the westside of Indianapolis, Indiana and I drive a 1997 V6 Camaro with SLP Intake, RKSport Headers, Custom 3" Y pipe, 3" Hi Flo Cat, 3" Exhaust.

Now I say all of this because I raced a red S2000 this past weekend each time from a roll, and each time we were neck to neck we raced at various speeds from 30,40,50. Each of our races went to 90-95mph. Neither of us would pull on each other. However on one run when we went up to 110+ the guy beat me up with a 1-2 car lengths. However that was the only time that he beat me.

Like I said the other times we were dead even. My car runs 14.8 @ 94.17 mph with the mods listed. I also have a M5 with 3.23's and no LSD. The S2000 was only running a nice set of wheels, carbon fiber hood, and a AEM CAI. I know that he doesnt have but one performance mod, but I would like to learn about these S2000's.

I would like to know what stock 1/4 mile times are 0-60 times are ect. ect. ect. BTW You guys have really nice cars. I've been told that these cars have like 240bhp not sure if this is true. My car comes with 200bhp.

S2000's come with 240HP???

 

Stock 1/4 mile times are in low 14's to my knowledge depending on conditions and driver..

 

s2000's can run anywhere from 13.8 - 14.5. I have yet to see a stock one run below MID 14 but from every source I have read, it's a 14.3-14.5 car on average.

I am VERY suprised that you hanged with one.

Also, 0-60 is ghey.
