you really think that the sti is that much faster from a roll? wow. stock vs. stock? you must have had a bad s2k or i had 2 freaks.

 

I never said how much faster the STi was, only that it was faster. The lower the starting speed, the more favor is shown to the STi, but yes, stock for stock an STi will pull on an S2K in any gear when both are at within their powerband. A stock for stock race is quite hard to come by these days, but so are decent drivers, so in the real world it's anyone's game unless both drivers are of equal competence.

My S2K was normal I'd say, I ran it to a 13.8 @ Gateway in STL.

i have a solution.....if anyone wants to race a stock 2006 STI, come on by, i assure you your stock s2k will get beat.
