350 Z
When I was talking to the guys at the car show, they said it would be the next model year, which I would assume to be next year. Hey, what do those guys know? I lease my s2k, so I might be interested when my lease is up.

It could have been an interesting car if it would have been a turbo from the factory. I definetly agree with the step-backwards theory.

Yeah, I do wonder what Nissan's target audience is... It doesn't seem like they are going for the same people looking for a Z3, S2k, or SLK. ??? From the test I've heard from a little birdie *cough* the high performance 350Z will be in the low 14's in the 1/4 mile. It will be interesting to see what happens. I will drive one soon, and let you all know what I think.

I looked at the new Z car before I bought "that other Z" car.

Honestly, the new Z's styling doesn't impress me much, and to top that off, the engine needs to be blown. Considering how revolutionary the 300Z was in 1990 I don't find this model to really wow me as much.

Some body styling changes and some factory installed boost, and I will take a second look. For now I stick to the Z. 06 style...

You can get a loaded Z06 for $48K or something like that. You're off by about $17K.

I doubt you could find many people that would say a C5 is not the performance bargain of the century.
