Nice run. Ignore the simpletons who think you should have won - a stock 99-04 GT is a driver's race. Headers on a Bullitt should be a fairly solid win for the Bullit, as you saw.
There was a 2008-09 version as well, with steeper gears and making 315 hp vs the regular 08-09 GT's 300 hp. Calling that a "drivers' race" is kind of silly, no matter what certain S2000 owners would like to think.

05 model and up (Not the newer model with the bigger engines) Only the 05 body style (not sure how long that body style ran for). Anyways that is a drivers race. s2k vs my friends 05 mustang gt, s2k always came out on top if you knew how to shift. a little harder from a dig but still possible. Now if the mustang has engine mods and a tune the s2k will lose for sure.
my best friend has the mustang and we have raced a lot of cars in it before and after the mods and tune. before the tune he could easily beat the older model mustangs. Now if the 05 gt can beat the older mustangs and the s2k can beat a stock 05 mustang than the 99-04 is definitely not a drivers race...
