Lets see. TC=2875lbs curb weight + 160CHP vs S2000=2850lbs curb weight + 240CHP. Nearly indentical weight and the S2K has almost a 100 hp advantage... Not too hard to see who is gonna win that match up.

my tC was pretty stout...454whp and 460tq
sold it for a s2k though =\

i thought they were about 3200 lbs, but i guess not...

I hope you are kidding. Because if a high torque number was all that won races then these two cars would be a dead even race, however it isnt even close stock for stock.
