its cool whatever you guys think , s2k is a great car but your paying 35k+ for what ? enlighten me ? i paid 20k off the lot and you guys are what 60 hp more ? that pathetic

 

^^Oh boy. First of all 60 more hp is a lot more. 2nd you get looks, convertible, MUCH better handling, Better engine, transmission, seats, steering feel, basically everything is better in regards to performance.
1 car is a sports car and the other is an economy family car.
In addition I highly doubt anyone payed 35K+. Brand new ones are going for 25-30 grand these days....
If you truly believe the SI is in the same league in regards to performance as the S then time for you to start doing some research.

 

I paid 13k for a car that is rwd,way better handling ,looks better,faster,drop top etc so you paid 20k for a si that only has more room and slightly better mpg than the s2k congrats.

 

i already said s has better performence , and if you think all plain black leather or red leather interior is nice ? your off a little bit , the si has way nicer interior........dont get me wrong the s is nice but jump off of its nutz please , but man it was fun smoking these two lame ass ap1s last night at auto x in riverside ........ rotfl pathetic

You should jump of the SI's nuts or go back to your civic forum before making even more of a fool of yourself and ruining any chance anyone will take you seriously on here about anything.

This comment is kinda pathetic, We all do love our S's and thats why we're here, but that doesn't mean you have to be a complete fanboy and think that the S the best thing EVER, no questions asked, on any topic whatsoever....I mean there should be some tolerance for appreciation of other cars should they be better in some way. I know there are probably some things that the S does fall short on. (Don't know of any yet but I'm sure there are some)

I mean that is what being a car enthusiast is all about. Is it not?

 

Oh boy. I am in no way shape or form a fanboy. Sure I like the s but would upgrade in a heartbeat if I had the extra dough to do so.
Most new cars are faster than the s2k and I'm not ashamed to say it. The s is weak in power but stating the si is just as fast is nonsense.
No need for si fanboys trolling up this forum.
