I just raced a z28 the other night. It was gray with fattys in the rear and nice rims on it. This one defenitly has exhaust and probably a lot of other things. First few runs from second I would pull on him about a car shutting down at about 75-80
rolling in first gear it was a little more impossible as I have no traction once I hit about 6500 and shifting from fist to second I lose traction even more so his chance to get ahead. Rolling from first gear I would be about a fender in front of him but given more open road I would pull on him real good as we try this once and I pulled on him.
