at least let the warranty run out.
this motor is not perfect for supercharger, we estimate he has around the same horsepower as i do because he is getting 40-50hp with the supercharger, he got the supercharger for free, otherwise he would have done cams and internal work.

it is the newest hatchback style, we both compared our weights and my car is 100lbs heavier but his weight is with four passengers and mine is with 2 passengers, each passenger accounts for 180lbs, so his car is 460lbs lighter than mine, he had a 3/4 tank i had 1/4 tank of gas that is, i had a 90lbs passenger he had a 250lbs passenger 460-160 is 360lbs difference between the two cars, his is lighter of the two, he has 180hp plus 50-60hp lets say 240hp, i have 245hp,
If it's the new body style (a 2002/3 Civic SI) with the CTR motor (I believe it's the K20A2 (RSX-S) motor in the CTR), then it makes 200 hp. The JR Supercharger puts it up to about 230 whp or 270 whp with the JR/Hondata ECU upgrade. It's probably the former since it was free, so only 230 or so whp with a 2700 pound car. I'm thinking it's a close race...
