Too much wind noise!

Default Too much wind noise!

I was driving on the 5 freeway going north by Magic Mountain it
was a real windy day . It go so loud in my car that I had to put
the radio volume all the way up just to hear it(wind noise)!Do you
guys have the same problem or is it just my car , maybe a leak

Sounds normal to me. Up around 100 MPH baseball caps begin to lift off my head too.

Wind noise is expected at high speed. But if you think it's louder than normal/too loud then it doesn't to hurt to check. Check the spots where the *hooks* of the convertible make contacts. If you see too much tear-wear(ie:the paint is all peeled off) then it probably loose.

I'm taking the car in to get it checked , hopefully uder warranty.

i assume the top was up?!

just yesterday we were on the highway 80-85 and I commented how quiet the car is -

perhaps you have a bit of a leak.

top down on the highway, I really can't hear very well. this will prob be my first (and only) mod.

The top was up but it was really windy outside . I still thought it
should have been a little more quieter inside .
