Actually, the cars share a LARGE amount of parts. They sit on the same subframe among other things...

 

WRS2K, I don't understand where you're coming from when reading your posts on the other discussions. What is your reasons for hating Audi drivers. You have no idea of my character or intentions of being on this forum, yet you have this biased opinion that Audi and the drivers are unworthy. If we had met, I am sure that you would not be so cavalier about your opinions of TT drivers, because I am a auto enthusiast like most that read these types of forums. Are you so afraid that somebody or something is better than what's in your world? Why don't you educate yourself so you won't have this stupid hatred. Show some tolerance for a change and you'll be much happier for it. As for your views on how the TT roadster looks, fine. So its your opinion. I didn't come on this board to ridicule S2K drivers or the car. I am only interested in seeing if some of you would like to go up against a TT.

Good kill - even better with the tire chirp. Those cars would be more impressive if they had more go... They look too much like a Bug on steroids. Ever notice that all the commercials have women driving them...

 

To like or not the TT is everybody's choice. I do actually like them, and nearly bought one, even if I did prefer my s2k, for personnal reasons ( I've seen way to many TT in monte carlo, where I was living before ). I did drive a couple of 225 quattro, and raced another few, and I do think that stock our care is faster, and more of a race car without a doubt. Now a moded TT can be very fast, and if yours is way faster than a stock S4, then that should be an interesting race... ( s2k and s4 have about the same 0-60 and 1/4 times). I'm actually in huntington beach for the week end, but I don't have my car. Anyway, if you want an unbiased s2k driver opinion of your car, just PM me and let me try it

 

I wouldn't mind, but I am attending the Quattro Challenge this weekend at Ca Speedway. How about Tuesday? I can take you for a drive.
