I heard that it is actually a little tougher for the tranny to have larger diameter wheels. Because the weight of the wheel is farther out. Even though it might be lighter. I will have to check out the vid at lunch.

Not a bad vid. Hardly a "myth buster" or the "ultimate video," since there is an abundance of stock-ish cars racing each other, set to music. The Z sounds interesting. The S2000 seems like it was driven well. Needs mods!
Heres a video that is a personal favorite. Done by friends of mine. I have yet to see a faster street car in person.
