Walked by a cts-v
Went from about 60 to 140. The cts pulled the whole time and had about 4 lengths by 140. It really didn't pull til after 110. I wasn't very impressed with it's acceleration from 60 to 100 or so. I'm not sure if he didn't floor it or what. When we got off the highway he asked me if I was driving a Z4M
I would expect more from a 50,000+ car with a 6 liter engine. A monster nonetheless.

Yeah those things are real torquey. My friend has one, he down shifted and accidentaly deployed the rear passenger air bag, how that is even possible is beyond me

there are a few RSX-S that have misshifted 4th, into 2nd and the motor torqued so bad the oil pan hits the air bag sensor.
also someone in a RSX-S with broken motor mounts shifted 2nd gear at the track with his face up by the dash to watch the tach and it torqued enough to hit the sensor.
kinda sucks.
cts-v is a kinda heavier car..about as quick as the GTO ls2's, but probly alittle slower as they are about 100lbs heavier
the ls2 is a nice street torquey motor. the older cts v with the ls6 z06 motor was nice. th ls6 makes slightly more power and carries its power higher up in the rpm range..more racey than the ls2. but overall, still a nice muscle sedan. i'd be impressed with a comfortable luxuary sedan weighing over 3800lbs running mid 13s. lol
