dun dun dun.. s2ki forum strikes again.... evo >> s2k from any roll, 05 evo 8 and the evo 9 in particular. evo 9 typically dynoes over 240whp and the horsepower curve is much nicer than that of the s2k, no way an s2k is hanging with an evo. Personally, I had an rsx before I got my s2k. My rsx with some mods was faster than a stock s2k. At the same time a buddy of mine with a stock 05 evo RS handed it to me every time we raced.

hp is nice on the evo. and quarter mile and everything is faster. but from a roll, i think the AWD slows it down considerably. i forgot the reasonable explanation for it beside the fact that its a little heavier. anyways, ill get back to u, lemme just remember first

No damn rsx with any bolt on will hang with an s2k...
watch these video's of my s2k with 3mods vrs a fully bolt on and tuned rsx type-s
its murder... every time

i have some mods too... intake, exhaust, turbo... some mods could be anything... 
250whp is not that hard with bolt ons on the k series...
from a dig, wrong wheel drive doesnt fair too well, but from a roll... who knows.

a stock evo does not pull from a roll. the 05's and 06's have a bigger hot side, which allows them to maintain boost longer, but still has a crappy top end. on 5psi i promise there is very few evos that will be able to hang with me, and i can put about 2-3 car lengths on a stock ap2 on 5psi by 110. soo, i doubt that if you can find a stock evo, they will be able to keep up when properly driven.
