Default winding through some long turns

was easing up the speed in 6th gear through some long turns tonight through my buddy. nothing sharp in danger of kicking the rear end out, just around 5.5k rpms around 95 average. felt really good, felt glued to the road. i've driven the roads my whole life so i knew em perfectly. some car was riding my ass on em so i figured i'd take it up a little bit and right around 100 for awhile to shake em, haha. turns felt good and solid. like glue to the road. never taken it up like that before. probably won't again. unless straight line. just wanted to see.

Performance driving within reason is always good.. Its only when people go beyond their and the cars limit, and their ability it becomes a problem.

Assuming your talking KM, not Miles? 5.5k in 6th is not 100kmh, it'd be more like 150kmh, so that is some serious speed...

How did the car behind you go at keeping up? If your american its most likely a SUV...

actually i think driving above 100+ in the s2000 is "safe" , because here in america, southern california predominantly, people like to put lift kits on there suv's or trucks and drive them to there governor on the freeway which is like 90 or 100mphs...so yeah at least your not doing 100 in a vehicle designed to tow shit.

If it had a tow bar, my guess is that is was towed behind a motorhome as the "fun" vehicle. Typically a trailer hitch is not referred to as a tow bar.
