well dont forget I am also running 4.57 gears with 350whp. The gears alone allowed me to close the gap from 2 cars down to neck and neck despite him adding another 20whp.

Interesting fact. Aerodynamics also played a huge role in this. When I lost to him over the summer, i was running my Shine Hardtop. This time i wasnt. To give an idea of the difference aero makes at those speeds, Top down he pulled me 2 cars pretty much instantly vs top up. Additionally, him with his lights in the OFF position give him an advantage of 1 car. So essentially, at night we are even, during the day i loose by 1 car.

I want to run him again with the Shine hardtop on and see how it improves my highspeed aerodynamics.

 

Yea I had a 350 leave me like I was standing still top down with my g/f in the car. You ever think of an AEM EMS and wideband?

 

Since I have an 06 aem ems is out until they have a cheaper way to get it to work or can keep VSA etc. Kpro or flashpro seem like a better option at the moment.

But, I am very interested in the ivtec system d-craft is working on. So future ecu tuning will depend on what's compatible with ivtec. And at the same time I'll go custom 3" exit header and 3" exhaust.

 

Nice, from the readings in the FI forum and your posts here, I think I may have to look into KW. I think about 370whp with full exhaust will fit the bill.
