i showed my friend this and he confirmed this took place near bloomington road in aurora, toronto, ontario, canada. so this vid might be staged. as it's not legal to own a gun at all in canada regardless whether a license is in posession or not. also all cars have daytime running lights on (another canadian thing thing)
